La presente ley rige a partir de la fecha de su promulgación y deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, en especial el Decreto 2149 de 1992; el Artículo 16 y lo pertinente al SENA de los artículos 18 y 19 de la Ley 55 de 1985 .
