Inscripción de la garantía mobiliaria prioritaria de adquisición. En el caso de registro de una garantía mobiliaria prioritaria de adquisición en el formulario de inscripción inicial el acreedor garantizado hará referencia al carácter especial de la garantía de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 22 de la Ley 1676 de 2013 y deberá incluir una descripción de los bienes gravados por la misma en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 43 de la Ley 1676 de 2013.
