En consecuencia con lo establecido en el artículo anterior la Sociedad Bolivariana de Colombia cooperará con el Gobierno en la elaboración ejecución de los programas tendientes a perpetuar la gloria del Libertador Simón Bolívar rindiendo culto a su vida, a su obra y a su pensamiento poniéndolas de ejemplo a las generaciones presentes y futuras.
