Abandono de rutas . Hay abandono de rutas, cuando se disminuye injustificadamente el servicio o no se entra a prestarlo una vez autorizado dentro de los dos (2) meses siguientes, o dentro del plazo señalado en el acto administrativo correspondiente. En este caso se procederá a revocar el permiso.
