LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 1.6.6.6.10. Porcentaje mínimo del cupo máximo aprobado por el Consejo Superior de Política Fiscal (CONFIS) para los proyectos que se desarrollen por el mecanismo Obras por Impuestos de que trata el inciso 2° del artículo 800- 1 del Estatuto Tributario. El porcentaje mínimo del cupo máximo aprobado por el Consejo Superior de Política Fiscal (CONFIS) para ejecutar los proyectos de que trata el inciso 2° del artículo 800-1 del Estatuto Tributario, modificado por el artículo 34 de la Ley 2155 de 2021, a través del mecanismo de Obras por Impuestos - opción convenio, será del veintinueve por ciento (29%).
