°. Portabilidad . Es la garantía de la accesibilidad a los servicios de salud, en cualquier municipio del territorio nacional, para todo afiliado al Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud que emigre del municipio domicilio de afiliación o de aquel donde habitualmente recibe los servicios de salud, en el marco de las reglas previstas en el presente decreto.
