° Créase transitoriamente el cargo de Agente Embarcador de la Carretera Central del Norte, en Cartagena, con una asignación mensual de trescientos cincuenta pesos ($ 350), y nómbrase para desempeñarlo al señor Salomón Ardila, quien tendrá derecho al sueldo fijado para dicho cargo desde el día 20 de julio del corriente año, fecha en que principió a prestar sus servicios.
