º Los empleados de Hacienda nacional al expedir el recibo correspondiente al dos por ciento (2%) de cada premio de cien o más pesos que se vaya a rifar, harán constar el número y valor de cada uno de estos premios; el número y series de billetes emitidos para el sorteo, el número de éste, la fecha y lugar donde deba verificarse.
