Las disposiciones previstas en la presente ley se aplicarán en la investigación y judicialización de los Grupos Delictivos Organizados (GDO), y los Grupos Armados Organizados (GAO).

Las disposiciones establecidas en el Título III se aplicarán exclusivamente para los Grupos Armados Organizados (GAO).
