Las partidas necesarias para el pago de las asignaciones correspondientes a lo decretado en la presente Ley, se tomarán de las apropiaciones que se hagan en los Presupuestos de las respectivas vigencias para el Organo Judicial, y si no se incluyeren, en el Gobierno queda facultado para celebrar las operaciones de crédito necesarias, o para arbitrar los fondos correspondientes.
