º . Incompatibilidad . Salvo lo previsto en el artículo 53 del Decreto 1295 de 1994, las indemnizaciones sustitutivas de vejez y de invalidez, son incompatibles con las pensiones de vejez y de invalidez. Las cotizaciones consideradas en el cálculo de la indemnización sustitutiva no podrán volver a ser tenidas en cuenta para ningún otro efecto.
