Decreto 2260 de 2019 · por el cual se modifican los artículos 2.2.2.46.1.1., 2.2.2.46.1.2., 2.2.2.46.1.3., 2.2.2.46.1.4., 2.2.2.46.1.5., 2.2.2.46.1.6. y 2.2.2.46.1.7. del Capítulo 46, del Título 2, de la Parte 2, del Libro 2 del Decreto 1074 de 2015 - Decreto Único del Sector Comercio, Industria y Turismo.

Modifíquese el artículo 2.2.2.46.1.6. del Decreto 1074 de 2015, Decreto Único del Sector Comercio, industria y Turismo, el cual quedará así:

Artículo 2.2.2.46.1.6. Certificados. Los certificados expedidos por las Cámaras de Comercio, en desarrollo de su función pública de llevar el registro mercantil, tendrán los siguientes valores, independientemente del número de hojas de que conste.

1. Matrícula mercantil 0.08 UVT.

2. Existencia y representación legal, inscripción de documentos y otros 0.17 UVT.

3. Certificados especiales 0.17 UVT.
