Artículo único Abrense al Presupuesto Nacional de gastos de la vigencia económica de 1920, los siguientes créditos adicionales:

MINISTERIO DE GUERRA

MINISTERIO DE OBRAS PÚBLICAS

Artículo 761. Para pagar al Departamento de Santander los gastos que hizo en el año de 1919 por cuenta de la Nación en la vía del Noroeste, así:

Carreteras y caminos de Herradura

Gastos varios.

Vigencias anteriores.
