°. Autorizaciones ambientales. En cumplimiento de lo dispuesto por el artículo 52 de la Ley 143 de 1994, la empresa propietaria del proyecto deberá adelantar las actuaciones necesarias ante las autoridades ambientales competentes con el objeto de obtener los permisos establecidos en la Ley 99 de 1993 y las normas que la desarrollen, modifiquen o aclaren.
