Art. único. Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo para que auxilie hasta con la suma de cuatro mil pesos a los habitantes del Espíritu Santo, en el Territorio nacional de Motilones, que perdieron sus intereses i habitaciones en el incendio que tuvo lugar en aquella cabecera el dia 22 de diciembre del año próximo pasado.
