Las hipoteca que otorgan los adquirentes de viviendas del Instituto de Crédito Territorial, en cualquiera de sus dos secciones, urbana o rural, se constituirán por documento privado siéndoles aplicables la disposiciones de los Decretos legislativos 618 de 25 de abril de 1940 y 1369 de 9 de junio de 1942. Elevase a quinientos pesos ($ 500) el límite que para sueldo o jornal fija el artículo 2° del Decreto número 2363 de 1944, en relación con los empleados u obreros allí considerados.
