º. Quedarán insubsistentes, ipso facto, los nombramientos de empleados, hechos en individuos que no rindieren sus cuentas en los términos señalados por las disposiciones legales. La entidad encargada de examinar las cuentas, y el Visitador Fiscal respectivo, darán inmediato aviso a quien deba proveer el empleo, para que se haga el nombramiento respectivo. Quedará asimismo insubsistente el nombramiento del Visitador Fiscal que no cumpla con la obligación que se impone en este artículo.
