Integración de operaciones. Podrá establecerse para la construcción, montaje y explotación de áreas objeto de títulos mineros y de áreas cuyo subsuelo minero sea de propiedad privada un programa de uso integrado de infraestructura que se formalizará mediante un acuerdo entre los interesados, que deberá ser aprobado por la autoridad minera.
