º Las actuaciones y documentos sujetos a papel sellado podrán adelantarse u otorgarse en papel común sin perjuicio de su validación sin sanciones ni intereses, siempre y cuando que ella se efectúe dentro de los cinco días siguientes a la fecha de terminación de las referidas actividades anormales. Cuando el impuesto de timbre deba pagarse en el memento de realización de un acto, el contribuyente podrá también pagarlo sin sanciones ni intereses dentro de los cinco días siguientes a la fecha de terminación de dichas actividades.
