º . Fijar a partir del primero (1º) de enero de dos mil tres (2003) el auxilio de transporte a cargo de los empleadores, a que tienen derecho los servidores públicos y los trabajadores particulares que devenguen un salario mensual básico hasta dos (2) veces el salario mínimo legal mensual vigente, en la suma de treinta y siete mil quinientos pesos ($37.500.); el cual se pagará en todos los lugares del país en donde se preste el servicio público de transporte.
