° Si los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial dejaren vencer el término señalado en el artículo 5° sin verificar la correspondiente elección, el Gobernador procederá a hacer las designaciones de Jueces Municipales, sujetándose a las disposiciones del presente Decreto y dando cuenta de ello al Tribunal del respectivo Departamento de Vigilancia Judicial del Ministerio de Justicia.
