B.1.6.1. De los datos confiables existentes. Para efectos de todo lo dispuesto en el presente capítulo, los datos que se utilicen en los instrumentos de gestión definidos en el artículo 2.2.7B.1.2.1 deberán provenir de fuentes de información confiables que cumplan con alguno de los requisitos establecidos en los numerales 2 y 3 del artículo 5 del Decreto 1496 de 2018, o sean recomendadas por los Ministerios de Salud y Protección Social, del Trabajo y de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible.
