-1. Exención de cesantías pagadas por fondos de cesantías. Cuando el fondo pague las cesantías, éstas serán exentas de acuerdo a lo previsto en el numeral 4° del artículo 206.”

Parágrafo 1

Suprímase del numeral 3) del artículo 19 del Estatuto Tributario la frase: “los fondos de pensiones de jubilación e invalidez” y del título y texto del artículo 126 del mismo Estatuto, la referencia a tales fondos.
