º. Los Oficiales en retiro y de la reserva que sean llamados al servicio activo por el tiempo que el Gobierno estime conveniente, podrán ser pasados de nuevo a la situación; en que se encontraban al ser llamados, cuando así lo disponga el mismo Gobierno.
