Art. 313. Las mercancías que se encuentren a bordo de un buque que haga el comercio de cabotaje, sin estar provistas de la guia de que trata el artículo 312 de este Código, se declararán de contrabando ; i al capitan del buque se le impondrá la multa de quinientos pesos.
