Del radioteatro . Para el ejercicio de la actividad de radioactor es necesario obtener licencia del Ministerio de Comunicaciones, para lo cual se deberá allegar a la colicitud el diploma de bachiller y aprobar el ex arman de aptitud practicado por la Junta de Calificación Artística.

Parágrafo

Las personas que acrediten una experiencia no inferior a cinco (5) años, adquirida con anterioridad a la vigencia del presente Decreto, podrán solicitar la licencia de radioactor, y en todo caso la Junta de Calificación Artística les practicará el examen de aptitudes.
