Control posterior. Cuando en desarrollo del control posterior se encuentren mercancías de procedencia extranjera que ofrezcan indicios de ser piratas o de marca falsa, y no sean susceptibles de aprehensión, se pondrán a disposición de la Fiscalía o de la Policía Judicial. Para tal efecto se podrán inmovilizar las mercancías.
