Art. 168. El deudor por derechos de importación que deba pagar al contado, bien porque la suma no alcance a cien pesos, o porque no haya otorga de los pagarés en el termino fijado por la lei, trascurrido que sea dicho término, se le cobrará la suma causada por derechos, con el recargo de uno por ciento mensual por intereses d e demora.
