Ley 135 de 1936 · por la cual se dictan disposiciones referentes a la Orquesta Sinfónica ya otros centros análogos del país

Destínase la suma de cuarenta y ocho mil pesos ($ 48.000) anuales para la Orquesta Sinfónica Nacional, cuya personería jurídica le fue reconocida por Resolución número 45, de 27 de mayo de 1936, y cuyos estatutos fueron aprobados por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional, según Decreto número 1670 del 11 de junio de 1936.

Parágrafo

Para gozar de la subvención de que trata el artículo anterior, la Orquesta Sinfónica Nacional deberá hacer las veces de Orquesta Sinfónica del Conservatorio Nacional de Música, mientras este Instituto funda su orquesta.
