los organismos cooperativos de segundo y tercer grado deberán establecer en los estatutos el régimen del voto y representación proporcional al número de asociados, al volumen de operaciones con la entidad, o a una combinación de estos factores, fijando un mínimo y un máximo que asegure la participación de sus miembros e impidan el predominio excluyente de algunos de ellos.
