Art. 1357. Será removido por culpa grave o dolo, a petición de los herederos o del curador de la herencia yacente, i en caso de dolo se hará indigno de tener en la sucesión parte alguna, i además de indemnizar de cualquier perjuicio a los interesados, restituirá todo lo que haya recibido a título de retribución.
