Art. 4.° Los empleados visitadores de quienes se trata, tendrán derecho durante el tiempo que permanezcan en la visita de cada línea de correos, á un sobresueldo de doscientos pesos mensuales y á los bagajes necesarios para su marcha de ida y regreso.
