Art. 5.° El empleado que á sabiendas diere curso á cartas ó paquetes que contengan valores no declarados ú objetos de prohibida inclusion en aquellos, incurrirá en una multa igual al doble de los portes y derechos que esos objetos habrian causado si se hubieran enviado con las formalidades legales.
