º. De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 25 de la Ley 60 de 1993 y 2º del Decreto 1809 de 1993, los alcaldes o gobernadores de las entidades territoriales en donde se encuentre ubicado el respectivo resguardo, administrarán los recursos a que tienen derecho los resguardos indígenas. La administración de estos recursos es una obligación legal a cargo de las autoridades de las entidades territoriales y no causa erogación alguna para el resguardo indígena.
