°. RÉGIMEN SALARIAL Y PRESTACIONAL DE LOS FUNCIONARIOS Y EMPLEADOS DEL TRIBUNAL PARA LA PAZ, SECRETARÍA JUDICIAL Y LAS SALAS . Los funcionarios y empleados del Tribunal para La Paz; de las Salas de Reconocimiento Verdad, de Responsabilidad y de Determinación de los Hechos y Conductas; de Definición de las Situaciones Jurídicas; de Amnistía o Indulto y de la Secretaría Judicial, se les aplicará el régimen salarial y prestacional de los funcionarios y empleados de la Rama Judicial, consagrados en el Decreto 194 de 2014, modificado por los Decretos 1257 de 2015, 245 de 2016 y 1009, 1013 y 1014 de 2017, y por las normas que los modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan.
