º. Límite de inversión. El límite máximo de recursos que el Fondo Financiero de Proyectos de Desarrollo, Fonade, podrá destinar como aporte de capital en empresas no podrá ser superior al veinticinco por ciento (25%) de su patrimonio total sin tener en cuenta el superávit por inflación.
