°. Organos de Dirección, Programación, Ejecución y Evaluación. El Sistema Nacional de Servicio al Ciudadano será presidido por el Presidente de la República, la programación y coordinación corresponderán a la Comisión Intersectorial a que hace referencia el presente decreto, la ejecución estará a cargo de las entidades de la Administración Pública del Orden Nacional y la evaluación y seguimiento corresponderán al Departamento Nacional de Planeación en coordinación con el Departamento Administrativo de la Función Pública en lo de su competencia.
