El Director General conocerá de los recursos de apelación que se interpongan contra las providencias que dicten en primera instancia los Directores Seccionales de Catastro. Los actos que se deriven de la formación y conservación del Catastro Nacional, se sujetarán a un procedimiento especial según las normas que se establezcan para el efecto.
