ARTICULO 11 IGUALDAD . Es deber del funcionario, con competencia disciplinaria, hacer efectiva la igualdad de los sujetos procesales en desarrollo de la actuación, sin tener en cuenta consideraciones diferentes a las establecidas en la ley y en el presente estatuto.
