Art 6° Tanto la Junta Central como las Departamentales nombraran Comisiones de su seno para estudiar los asuntos relacionados con la Higiene. El Gobierno podrá solicitar del Congreso los créditos necesarios para la publicación de aquellos trabajos que a su juicio fueren de mayor importancia.
