Art. 7° El Contador del Departamento examinará y fenecerá, además, en todas las instancias las cuentas atrasadas que existen en el archivo de la Contaduría, correspondientes al extinguido Tribunal de Cuentas; y por este trabajo gozará de un sobresueldo de cuarenta pesos ( $ 40 ) mensuales.
