°. Renovaciones de registros sanitarios categoría III . Para las renovaciones de registros sanitarios de reactivos de diagnóstico in vitro categoría III, los interesados deberán: 3.1. Obtener el concepto técnico de la Sala Especializada de Reactivos de Diagnostico in vitro de la Comisión Revisora del Invima, conforme a los artículos 7° y 8° del Decreto número 3770 de 2004, modificado por el artículo 1° del Decreto número 4124 del 2008 o las normas que los modifiquen o sustituyan. 3.2. Radicar ante el Invima, una vez se cuente con el concepto técnico especializado del numeral anterior, la documentación legal y técnica de acuerdo a la normativa sobre la materia, en el término señalado en el artículo 21 del Decreto número 3770 de 2004.
