Articulo 78 . Las provisiones, individual o general de cartera deberán figurar en el Balance como un menor valor de las cuentas por cobrar; en consecuencia, su valor no podrá formar parte del superávit. Cuando se establezca que una deuda originada en operaciones productoras de renta gravable es incobrable o perdida deberá descargarse, abonando su valor a la cuenta por cobrar y cargándolo a la provisión autorizada. Deudas manifiestamente perdidas o sin valor.
