Criterios para evaluar. El Ministerio de Educación Nacional adoptará los criterios y procedimientos generales que deben tener en cuenta los departamentos y distritos al momento de evaluar las respectivas obras, entre los que necesariamente deberá contemplar aspectos relacionados con la orientación, la adecuación, la calidad científica y pedagógica, la organización, el lenguaje utilizado y la presentación de la obra.
