ARTICULO 106 . DE LOS GRUPOS DE TRABAJO.- Las funciones asignadas a las Divisiones y Oficinas se ejercerán a través de Grupos de Trabajo que serán creados por el Director General de la Entidad, según el caso, de acuerdo con las necesidades de cada dependencia. En el acto de creación se determinará lo relacionado con la distribución de trabajo y la asignación de responsabilidades para el cumplimiento del mismo; igualmente, se dictarán las demás normas necesarias para su funcionamiento.
