º Las estaciones de radiodifusión sonora, que de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 1º, numerales 2º y 3º del Decreto 3500 de 1983, tienen una situación jurídica consolidada, podrán celebrar con la Nación, contratos de concesión para la prestación del servicio de radiodifusión sonora, siempre y cuando tal situación jurídica consolidada se encuentre actualmente vigente.
