Artículo cuarto. Establécese como obligatorio para las empresas que tengan un número elevado de trabajadores, que deberá-ser calificado por el Gobierno, contratar para el servicio de los mismos, trabajadores sociales con el objeto de que colaboren con ellos para el desarrollo de políticas de empleo, salario e inversión de los mismos.
