Los volúmenes máximos señalados en el artículo anterior permanecerán vigentes hasta el primer trimestre del año 2013, año en el cual y en adelante se aplicará el procedimiento señalado en el artículo 5° del Decreto 386 de 2007 o en las normas que lo modifiquen o sustituyan.
