Modifíquense los numerales 1 y 2 del artículo 5.6.1 .1 .2 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, los cuales quedarán así: "1. Contratos de fiducia mercantil irrevocables, utilizando o no el mecanismo de fondos de inversión colectiva. En el caso de entidades sometidas al Estatuto General de Contratación de la Administración Pública, los procesos se sujetarán al mecanismo de fiducia previsto en las normas pertinentes. 2. Constitución de un fondo de inversión colectiva.".
