Artículo catorce . En el Ministerio funcionará una Junta de Compras dependiente del Secretario General, integrado por Director General y los Secretarios Técnico y Administrativo. EL Auditor Fiscal de la Contraloria en el Ministerio y representante de la Dirección del Presupuesto, asistirán a dicha Junta con voz pero sin voto. Esta Junta podrá asesorarse de los técnicos que considere conveniente.
